Booking / Reservation Policy
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability on the day of arrival or departure and must be reconfirmed with the Front Office team.
Please note that any changes to a guest’s reservation may result in a rate adjustment and/or the application of non-refundable cancellation fees.
For group reservations, any modification to the booking may likewise affect the rates and/or incur non-refundable cancellation charges.
Additional Check-In / Check-Out Policy
After 4:00 PM: 50% of the room rate will be charged
After 6:00 PM: Full-night room charge applies
