We request room payment upon check-in, and please provide ID for your stay in our property.
DAMAGES TO HOTEL PROPERTIES POLICY. In the event a guest damages hotel property for any reason, the hotel may require the guest to pay for such damages.
HOTEL KEY POLICY. Guest are required to deposit the room keys at the Front desk when leaving the Hotel promises. One key will be issued per room. A P700.00 fee will be charged for each lost or damaged key.
PET POLICY. Pets are not permitted on hotel grounds.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking is not permitted in any of our guest rooms. Evidence of violation of our smoke-free policy will result in Php5,000.00 charge.
LOSS, DAMAGED, INQUIRY and VALUABLES POLICY. Each hotel guest assumes full and exclusive responsibility for any loss or damaged to any hotel property caused by the guest or his authorized visitors and agrees to pay the hotel reasonable costs for such lost or damage. Each hotel guest hereby agrees to hold the hotel harmless from liability for any damages, loss, or injury to the guest’s person or property, or to that of any third party, related to any incident or cause arising from the guest’s stay at the. The hotel assumes no responsibility for a guest’s personal property or valuables. Room safes are provided for convenience, but guest are responsible for the reasonable operation of such safes.
RIGHT OF EXCLUSION. The hotel reserves the right to take all necessary actions in the following circumstances:
a) A guest’s failure to pay an outstanding bill upon request.
b) A guest’s failure to check-out of their room by 12:00 noon; or
c) A guest’s failure to comply with these Guest Policies and Rules.
EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT. Php500.00
EXTRA PERSON WITH EXTRA BED. Php850.00 - Not applicable during Sinulog Festival.
