1. Check-in time is at 2:00pm, early check in is subject to room availability with corresponding charge.
2. Check-out time is strictly at 12:00nn. Late check-out is subject to room availability.
3. Late check-out until 6pm will be charged a half day rate and beyond 6pm will be charged a full rate equivalent to a room type reserved.
4. The resort is not liable for any lost items especially valuable items such as gadgets, money, jewelry and etc.
5. The guest agrees to pay room charges upon check-in while incidental charges must be settled before check-out.
6. All rooms are non smoking and bringing of any food items with foul odor are not allowed. A cleaning fee of PHP 5,000.00 will be charged accordingly for violators.
7. In the event that the management found damaged items in the room, the hotel has the right to do charging in guest's account after room check.
8. Bringing of pets are not allowed.
9. The hotel is not liable to any untowards incidents that may happen during your stay.

By affixing your signature (through an agent, representative or personally), you hereby abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein, and hereby gives consent for the collection and processing of data acquired by the hotel, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act, its rules and regulations and relevant issuances of the NPC on the implementation of reasonable and appropriate security measures and on upholding the rights of data subject.

I acknowledge that i am liable with the foregoing person, company, or association (and if more than one, all of them) from the payment of the cost and payable or incurred with all services provided by the hotel and hereby authorize to debit any outstanding charges to my account.
