Important Check-in Procedures and Beach Pass Information
Check-in Requirement: For a smooth check-in process, please ensure that a copy of a valid government-issued ID for each registered guest is emailed to reservations@hiverooms.com no later than the day after your check-in date.
Key Collection: Upon arrival, please proceed to the Concierge or Lobby to claim your key. You will need to present your valid ID and booking details to the staff.
Beach Pass Update (Staycations Only): A new implementation requires a mandatory beach pass for all staycation guests. The fee for the beach pass is 350 per person.
